At VOLK, we are committed to delivering your protein bars quickly and efficiently. As a proudly Lebanese company, we understand the importance of receiving fresh, high-quality products in a timely manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and other important information related to the delivery of your orders.
2. Shipping Locations
VOLK currently ships to all regions within Lebanon. We deliver to Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North Lebanon, South Lebanon, Bekaa, and all other accessible areas throughout the country. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your specific location, please contact us at Volklb@outlook.com before placing your order.
3. Delivery Time
All orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days maximum. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your fresh VOLK protein bars promptly.
3.1 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification with delivery details.
3.2 Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made during standard business hours, typically between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. If you have specific delivery time preferences, please note them during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee specific time slots.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1 Free Shipping
VOLK offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $60 USD or more. This applies to all delivery locations within Lebanon. No promo code is required — the free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.
4.2 Standard Shipping
For orders below $60 USD, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase, so there are no hidden fees or surprises.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS with your order details. For any inquiries about your order status, please contact us at Volklb@outlook.com with your order number, and our team will provide you with an update on your delivery.
6. Delivery Requirements
6.1 Accurate Shipping Information
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. This includes your full name, phone number, complete address with building name or number, floor, and any landmarks or delivery instructions that will help our delivery team locate you easily. VOLK is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
6.2 Recipient Availability
Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available at the delivery address to receive the order. Our delivery team will attempt to contact you via the phone number provided before delivery. If no one is available to receive the order, the delivery may be rescheduled, and additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If our delivery team is unable to complete the delivery due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the delivery, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Please note that VOLK is not responsible for any spoilage or quality degradation of products due to failed delivery attempts caused by customer-related issues. No refunds will be issued for orders that cannot be delivered due to reasons within the customer's control. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.
8. Delivery Inspection
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package immediately for any visible damage or tampering. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please note it with the delivery person and contact us at Volklb@outlook.com within 24 hours with photographic evidence. Claims for damaged products will only be considered if reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, we will assume the products were received in good condition.
9. Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
While we strive to deliver all orders within 2 to 3 business days, there may be rare occasions when deliveries are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include severe weather conditions, road closures or transportation disruptions, public holidays or national events, security situations, fuel shortages, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you of any delays and provide an updated delivery estimate. VOLK is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued for such delays.
10. Product Freshness and Storage
VOLK protein bars are made fresh in Lebanon and are best enjoyed when stored properly. Upon receiving your order, we recommend storing your protein bars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. During hot summer months, refrigeration is recommended to maintain optimal texture and quality. Once you have received and accepted your delivery, VOLK is not responsible for any product degradation resulting from improper storage.
11. Order Modifications
If you need to modify your shipping address or delivery instructions after placing an order, please contact us immediately at Volklb@outlook.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, modifications to the shipping address may not be possible, and VOLK is not responsible for orders delivered to the original address provided.
